Tuners Schaller M6 locking tuners are arranged along the side of the headstock in an arc which creates a little extra space to handle each tuning knob. These well established top range components allow very quick string replacement, and near instant stability following a string change. The knurled knob at the back quickly unlocks the old string, and locks the new string in place. Multiple winds of the capstan are not needed.

Headstock The headstock fits comfortably in the hand when playing and when carrying the guitar. The design of the headstock allows the guitar to be safely hung on a suitable hook. The strings fan out so that there is a suitable small angle to prevent rattling of light gauge strings as they pass across the nut. Guitars having the tuners in straight direct line with the strings are more prone to this problem.
